  • All files are packaged in a ZIP folder for easy download.

A: Yes! All our design packages come with a commercial license. This means you are free to use the designs on products you sell, whether you're screen printing, DTF printing, or using them in other projects. However, please note that reselling the design files themselves is prohibited.

A: After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to download the ZIP file containing your design package. If you have any issues with the download, feel free to contact us for support at Sales@ReillyStitchery.com.

A: If you experience any issues with downloading your files, please check your spam or promotions folder in case the email was filtered. If you still don’t receive your link or encounter any problems, send us an email at [your email address], and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

A: Absolutely! Our designs come in editable AI (Adobe Illustrator) format, so you can adjust colors, text, and elements to fit your specific needs. The PNG and SVG files are ready to use as-is but are not as customizable as the AI files.

A: The PNG and SVG files are designed at a high resolution (300 DPI) to ensure the best quality for printing. The AI files are vector-based, which means they can be scaled to any size without losing quality.

A: Due to the nature of digital products, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with the files or download process, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.

A: You’ll have unlimited access to download the files you’ve purchased. Just keep the download link from your email, and you can re-download the files whenever needed.
